Booky Booky Looky Looky

One of my more common charity shop purchases is books. I learned to read when I was 3, and 30 years later my lust for literature is still as strong. I recycle books. If I read and I *LOVE* I keep, as I can re-read the same book 10 times and not get bored of the story. If it's ok but nothing memorable, or I don't get on with it, off it goes to the next charity shop. (There is one I rarely buy from in town, purely because I have probably donated a good quarter of their book stock!) I bought a scratchcard last week. Our local bus drivers don't like £10 notes (especially for a less than £2 fare which is fair enough. Or fare enough if you're good for a pun!) - so to break up the note I bought a £1 scratchcard. It sat in my purse for a good few days until I found it unscratched yesterday morning.. So, I scratched and I'd been sitting on £10 for the best part of the week.- and what's a girl to do? Hot foot it into her nearest charity shop on her lunch break to get so...
